Today’s fashion craze is the infamous culotte. In my opinion, they are short flared capris. I find them sort of difficult to pull off at all times especially being 5 ft 10.5. Nevertheless, they are flattering on some women.

According to Wikipedia,  the”Modern English use of the word culottes describes a split or bifurcated skirt or any garment which “hangs like a skirt, but is actually pants”.
