SELF EVALUATION

Happy Monday everyone!

Today’s post is different because it is a self evaluation of my walk with the KING.

Yesterday at church service, the topic was WALKING IN LOVE. A simple yet convicting topic.

I learnt that MY WORK FOR GOD (e.g., service in church, evangelism, giving tithes, offerings, prayers, fasting, etc) OUTSIDE OF LOVE IS USELESS – 1 Corin 13: 1-3

My motives for doing his will has to be ROOTED IN LOVE otherwise I am wasting my time. GOD CANNOT BE BRIBED!

God is  LOVE – He loveD (and still loveS) me so much he gave his only begotten son for me (John 3:16); he turned his eyes away from him because he bored my sins on Calvary cross (Matthew 27:46). He has given me the BIGGEST GIFT anyone could ever give, so he owes me NOTHING.

I owe him EVERYTHING.

I owe him my TIME

I owe him my DESIRES

I owe him my PRASIE

I am not my OWN

God, please do not let my life be a PERMISSIVE WILL but your PERFECT WILL – please do not repent for creating me.

I don’t want to hang on BECAUSE I CAN FALL

Lord, hang on to me BECAUSE I CAN’T FALL

      Hello,
      I am not trying to have people go along with my views. I am basically trying to have everyone self evaluate their walk with God. Our relationship with God is personal and differs. As long as God is pleased with us individually, nothing really matters.
