To start your weekend, I have a refreshing smoothie for ya’ll (It has fruits and veggies)
What you need:
1.5 cups of non-diary milk (I used cashew milk, but you can certainly use almond milk, coconut milk, hemp milk, or soy milk)
1 cup of coconut water (or water)
1 cup of mixed berries
1 cup of organic riced cauliflower (or fresh cauliflower)
1/2 ripe banana
Couples slices of fresh ginger (can use ginger powder)
1 tsp of spirulina + maca powder + matcha powder
Directions:
Add all ingredients into blender and BLEND
Can add more nut milk or cauliflower (for a creamier consistency) or water (for a lighter consistency).
